On Friday, November 8th, Eisenhower Elementary vocal music teacher, Ms. Boller, led students in their annual Veterans Recognition program. Over 30 veterans attended the event.
November, 8th was High Five Friday at Kennedy Primary! Kids were welcomed by the Abilene Group this morning as they walked in to start their day off with music, a smile and a sticker.
It is Homecoming Friday night in Abilene. The Cowboys host the Concordia Panthers. Abilene bounced back last week from their season opening loss at Clay Center with a 42-8 victory over Chapman.
Concordia is 0-2 but has faced a very difficult schedule. The Panthers opened the season with a 41-8 home loss to Wamego. Concordia then fell last week 28-0 at Beloit.
