Each week, we will be sharing highlights, and celebrations from across the district. The Abilene Roundups are a way to stay connected, informed, and inspired by the great work happening in our schools. Previous Abilene Roundups are available at www.abileneschools.org by selecting Superintendent Updates. Thank you for all you do to support our students and community.

Reminder, Abilene Friends!
Today marks the end of the first quarter, and we will have an early dismissal for students.
Middle School & High School: Dismiss at 1:00 PM
Elementary Schools: Dismiss at 1:10 PM
Next week, our schools will host Parent-Teacher Conferences on Wednesday, October 22, and Thursday, October 23, from 3:00–7:00 PM.
This is a great opportunity to connect with your child’s teachers and discuss their academic progress and school experience.
Please note that school will also dismiss early on both conference days. If you have any questions, please contact your child’s school.
We look forward to seeing you there!

We sincerely appreciate our generous donors whose support strengthens our programs and advances our mission of educational excellence in Abilene Public Schools. Your generosity helps us continue making a difference for students every day.
