A PARTNERSHIP FOR
USD 435 YOUTH
THE ASSOCIATION
The Abilene Public School’s Endowment Association has been incorporated as a permanent non-profit investment organization for the development of private funds to enhance the learning opportunities available to the young people in USD No. 435.
THE PURPOSE
To provide the public with an opportunity to participate in the education of the young people of USD No. 435.
• by funding purchases of equipment for use in classrooms and programs in the District
• by establishing funds for student post-secondary
financial assistance such as scholarships or grants-in-aid
Contributions not specifically designated for student financial aid will be applied to the purchase of equipment.
Donors may earmark funds for specific projects or for general use. Control of endowed funds and final decisions on projects will be the responsibility of the Board of Trustees. Selection of projects, purchase of equipment, and granting of student financial assistance will be determined and funded by the Board of Trustees.

•Grants from foundations
•Fund-raising activities
